Cancellation : The customer can initiate a cancellation within 4 hours of making a payment provided he has not used the service. Once cancellation is approved, refund will be processed within 7 days and it wil be reflected within 15 days.

Refunds: The customer can initiate a refund within 4 hours of making a payment provided he is dissatisfied with the service. In such a case if the service has been used beyond 5 mins then no refunds will be applicable. If the service has been used less than 5 mins then only the base amount will be refunded and no extra refund from OFFER amount will be refunded. For example for Rs.100 if offer is Rs.150 , then only Rs.100 will be refunded if the service has been used less than 5 mins.

Retuns : No Returns are applicable on this service.
